Echo® Qualified 384-Well COC Microplate, Low Dead Volume, Clear, Flat Bottom, Non-sterile, 50 plates/case
Echo® Qualified 384-Well Low Dead Volume (LDV) Source Microplates are designed to minimize dead volume when using the Echo® Liquid Handler.
This microplate is constructed of Cyclic Olefin Copolymer (COC) for optimal acoustic transfer performance and DMSO storage. Each lot of microplates is tested and certified to meet stringent performance specifications.
Additional benefits of the microplate include:
- compatibility with heat sealing devices,
- designed for barcode customization
- and optimized for robotic handling.
- Precise Manufacturing for Superior Results.
For best results, Echo Liquid Handlers are designed to use Echo Qualified 384-well and 1536-well Source Microplates for precise and accurate liquid transfer. Echo Qualified Microplates deliver the best possible results in compound storage and miniaturized assays, and each plate is insured to meet the specifications required for consistent acoustic transfers. Labcyte performs functional qualification tests on each microplate lot with an Echo Liquid Handler to verify that our microplates deliver superior precision and accuracy, and DMSO hydration measurements.
Echo® Qualified 384-Well Polypropylene 2.0 Plus Microplate, Clear, Flat Bottom, Surface Treated, 100 plates/case.
Echo® Qualified 384-Well Polypropylene (PP) Source Microplates ensure accurate and precise transfer with the Echo® Liquid Handler. This microplate is highly resistant to solvents including DMSO and buffers making it ideal for compound and sample storage.

The Vi-CELL Focus Control is used during the autofocusing procedure when the system requires re-focusing. The focus control beads help the system refocus and offer a new recommended focus position. The cup of focus control is run similar to a sample run using the Vi-CELL carousel sample delivery method.
For use in the Vi-CELL BLU and Vi-CELL XR cell viability analyzers.
Kit Component of P/N 390953 and P/N A10663 (IgG Purity/Heterogeneity Kit.)
For use as an experimental control when separating reduced or non-reduced IgG, with a designated quantity of non-glycosylated heavy chain to test both the resolution and quantitation suitability of the assay prior to running unknowns.
Includes IgG Control Standard 1-pack and all chemistries.
The IgG Purity/Heterogeneity Assay has been developed for researchers employed in industrial biotechnology who are developing and manufacturing IgG reagents for research, diagnostic and therapeutic use.
This assay has been specified for use on the PA 800 Plus to assess the purity and heterogeneity of IgG reagents in both a reduced and non-reduced state. The methodology involves heat-denaturing a specified concentration of IgG (both reduced and non-reduced) in the presence of SDS, and separating these proteins by size using high-resolution capillary gel electrophoresis technology. This assay will detect impurities as low as 0.1% and includes an IgG control with a designated quantity of non-glycosylated heavy chain to test both the resolution and quantitation suitability of the assay prior to running unknowns
Assay chemistry includes:
• Separation Capillary, 57 cm x 50 µm ID bare fused-silica, (2)
• SDS Gel Separation Buffer (proprietary formulation), 140 mL
• SDS Sample Buffer, 100 mM Tris-HCl, pH 9.0/1% SDS, 50 mL
• IgG Control Standard, 1 mg/mL in SDS sample buffer , 1 mL
• Internal Standard, 10 kDa protein, 5 mg/mL, 0.4 mL
• Acidic Wash Solution, 0.1 N HCl, 100 mL
• Basic Wash Solution, 0.1 N NaOH, 100 mL
• IgG Purity and Heterogeneity Analysis Guide, (1)
LIF Test Mix, Sodium Fluorescein (20 mL). Test mix for testing the Laser-Induced Fluorescence (LIF) detector and determining the calibration correction factor (CCF) for the system.
High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters remove particles smaller than 0.3 µm. Filters to remove volatile organic compounds (VOC – large group of carbon-based chemicals that easily evaporate at room temperature), which could potentially jeopardize embryo culture procedures. It has been known that the air quality in IVF laboratory can have higher levels of VOCs than outdoor environments air. The impact of VOC on embryo culture will significantly affect on embryo cleavage rate, embryo development and blastocyst formation rate.
ESCO HEPA filter with efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 microns.
ESCO VOC filter to remove any compounds that are harmful to embryo development.
To be replaced every 3 months
